This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you submit the deposit (you can set the quantity in your cart JUST FOR THOSE ON THIS REGISTRATION FORM - SUBMIT SEPARATE PAYMENTS IF BOOKING MULTIPLE ROOMS), the confirmation page will contain a download with instructions and PASSWORD for planning your adventure. This download link will also appear in your confirmation email. (The CAPS are not yelling...simply aiding the scanners in our group ;-)
